Adwin van Klompenburg

Adwin was raised in an entrepreneurial family and after studying Business Administration in Groningen, he started his career in 2006 in the financial sector to support SME entrepreneurs realizing their ambitions and plans.

In various positions, including at ABN AMRO Bank and Capital Value, he was responsible for arranging corporate, construction and commercial real estate financing assignments as well as restructuring loan portfolios in the construction and real estate sector.

Over the years Adwin has built a broad network among family offices, developers, real estate investors and financiers. In addition, he has extensive knowledge of valuations, yield issues and hedging associated risks in transactions in both commercial and owner-occupied real estate.

He took various courses (including postgraduate Insolvency Law Radboud University and Asset Management Amsterdam School of Real Estate).

Adwin is socially involved and fulfills a number of additional functions; on the board of local sports club Phoenix and previously with the Round Table 147 Kromme Rijn.
