Lieuwe experienced about entrepreneurial challenges at the kitchen table. After studying Management, Economics & Law, he started his career in the financial sector at ING Bank in 2007.
From 2011 he gained knowledge and experience in the M&A and debt advisory practice as a consultant at DB&S Corporate Finance and as Senior Loan Officer at NEOS Direct Lending. Lieuwe has broad experience in the field of complex financing assignments, investment rounds and corporate acquisitions always with an eye for the best suitable outcome for the client.
In 2018, Lieuwe founded Johnson Advisory, focused on assisting scale-up and established companies with debt advisory and M&A transactions.
Lieuwe has a passion for active outdoor sports and enjoys expanding his horizons on the open water by sailboat, where Lieuwe gets energy from anticipating weather conditions and mapping a new course!
